DreamPlay.Africa is a skill-based gaming platform where you compete in fun games, climb leaderboards, and stand a chance to win real rewards and prizes in our promotional competitions. Every play sharpens your skill and gives you the opportunity to feature on the Leaderboard.

Registered players can access most of the games on casual play, without purchasing coins. Use your daily free Bronze coins to purchase additional features for your games, or purchase Silver coins for enhanced features. A monthly or annual subscription unlocks more games, with access to Gold and Platinum coins to purchase enhanced features on your games, and ad-free play! Plus, subscriber loyalty rewards are coming soon. See the Store for current plans and coin allocations.

1. Create an account with your mobile number or email address (18 or older) and verify it — you will receive an SMS or email to verify.
2. Add the App to your Home screen for easy access at any time!
3. Choose a game on casual play and start playing.
4. As a registered member, you get daily Free Bronze coins to obtain features for your selected casual games.
5. If your free coins expire, you can purchase Bronze or Silver Coins for more features.
6. Selected games are only available on a subscription and for promotional competitions.
7. Members that subscribe have access to all the coin bundles to purchase for features.

1. Use coins to enter scored games and promotional competitions/tournaments, displayed on the site and/or App under Promotional Games.
2. Compete for a place in the qualifying leaderboard. Winners will be randomly chosen from the Top 100 on the Leaderboard for rewards.
3. Verify your identity once before you claim a prize or purchase coins.

DreamPlay.Africa verifies your identity before you claim a prize, buy coins or earn referral rewards — it confirms your age and your eligibility. You can register and play without it. Your ID is private and is not shown on leaderboards. Passport holders require Player Support review before verification is approved.

The verification form opens when you claim a prize or make your first purchase. You can also go to My Profile → Identity Verification at any time. Passport submissions require Player Support review and are not automatically approved.

Go to My Profile. Your login mobile shows a Change button — enter the new number and confirm the SMS code sent to it. Email can be updated from the same page. Changes take effect immediately.

Open My Profile from the menu. You can update your display name, avatar, and contact details. Identity fields (ID number) cannot be changed after verification — contact support if you have any queries or encounter an issue.

Casual play is free — no coins required. Your score still counts towards the leaderboard and loyalty milestones, but casual plays are not eligible for promotional competitions/tournaments. It's a great way to practise your skill before using your coins.

DreamPlay.Africa offers skill-based puzzle, reaction and strategy games. Certain games are only accessible for members who subscribe. Casual Play games are available to all registered players. Browse Games for the current library.

Most games are playable on both mobile and desktop. Look for the device icons on each game card. For the best experience on mobile, install the DreamPlay.Africa app to your home screen via your browser's "Add to Home Screen" option.

Purchase one month or twelve months of access in the Store. Successful purchases extend your remaining subscription period. There is no automatic recurring charge. Your purchased coin balances remain when access expires, however all Free coins expire.

You can't upgrade your subscription! You can choose a monthly subscription or an annual subscription.

DreamPlay.Africa offers a Monthly or Annual subscription. By subscribing monthly, you get Ad Free play, more Free Coins and higher value Rewards. By subscribing Annually you get all the value + you SAVE over R150, that you can then use to purchase additional coins.

Open the Store and select Cancel at period end. You retain access until the displayed end date and can undo cancellation before then.

Your purchased coins stay in your wallet, unfortunately no refunds are available. Subscription Members' Free Coins resume when you subscribe again. Subscriber allocations stop when access expires.

There are daily Free Coins issued to all members that expire in 24 hours if not used. Registered players that are not subscription members can purchase Bronze & Silver Coins only. Members that subscribe monthly or annually to DreamPlay.Africa can purchase all Coins. Coins can be purchased in the Store. Coins can be used as entry tokens in the promotional competition games or tournaments and to purchase features for your games.

Payments are processed securely through PayCo. Available methods (EFT, card, voucher) are shown at checkout. Identity verification must be complete before your first purchase.

Purchases require identity verification. The verification form opens automatically when you tap Subscribe or Buy — complete it there and your purchase proceeds immediately. You can also go to My Profile → Identity Verification at any time.

Yes. All payments are processed by PayCo, which represents all major trusted South African payment providers, such as Flash, OTT, Ozow, Adumo and more, and is a regulated payment provider. DreamPlay.Africa does not store your card or banking details. Every transaction is encrypted end-to-end.

At the end of each promotional competition / tournament the top-ranked players form the prize pool and go into the draw. A winner is then randomly drawn from that pool, skill gets you into the pool, the draw picks the winner. This method is required by South African competition law.

You will receive an SMS to your registered mobile number. Vouchers will be issued online with a reference number to redeem at the loyalty partner, and physical prizes are dispatched manually to a confirmed address — you will be contacted by the DreamPlay.Africa team within 5 business days. Refer to Promotional Prize Terms & Conditions.

Go to My Prizes from the menu. Every prize you have won is listed there with its status. Promotional Competitions/Tournament wins also appear on this page.

Yes — you can have active entries in multiple tournaments simultaneously. Each entry costs one coin per game play. More entries increase your chances of landing in the prize pool.

Try the following steps in order:

1. Refresh the page or close and reopen the app.
2. Check your internet connection.
3. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload.
4. Try a different browser or device.

If your game session was interrupted due to a technical error on our side, contact support with the game name and approximate time. We review these cases and restore affected entries where possible. Disconnections due to your own device or internet are not eligible for refunds.
